What's Included

Initial Consultation

We will discuss what you’re looking to achieve, your training history, your training likes and dislikes, your current lifestyle routine/habits and any other factors that may need to be considered and then work together to establish your goals.

Training Programme

I will provide an individualised training programme based on your goals and training preferences so you have a structured routine to follow alongside our training sessions. We record your progress to make sure you are achieving your goals.

Ongoing Support

I’ll always be on hand to answer any questions you’ve got, whether it’s inside the gym or out and I will always support wherever and however I can with anything from exercise to nutrition, or even habit and lifestyle changes to help you de-stress.

Nutrition Advice

I’m a qualified nutritional coach and as part of your personal training package, I provide nutrition advice and support and will look at finding a solution that works for you, that you can fit into your lifestyle while avoiding ‘fad’ diets or unrealistic goals.

Sports Massage

As part of your personal training package, you will also be entitled to sports massage at a reduced rate. Sports massage can enhance your recovery and help reduce injury by relieving muscular tension as well as allowing you to de-stress.
