If you’re looking for accountability and direction while you train at home then Virtual Personal Training sessions could be perfect for you.

The same programming and exercise selection still applies, with the main focus still being on good technique and quality movements: building and maintaining a solid foundation so you can experience the benefits of training long term. It doesn’t matter if you have equipment or not as we can work around this - there are plenty of body weight exercises that can be used to build strength and create an effective training programme. 

Sessions are conducted via video calls (Facetime/ Skype/ Zoom etc) so as long as you have a device to access one of these it’s a really simple set up.
